Welcome to Shilp Shloka! This Shipping Policy describes how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from www.shilpshloka.com

By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • During high-volume periods (festive seasons, sale events, new collection launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across India and select international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier performance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

You can also track your shipment anytime under “Order History” in your account or by using the link provided in your email.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country upon arrival.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Shilp Shloka is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs inspections, or courier delays.

  • If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at connect.shilpshloka@gmail.com with your order number — we’ll help investigate with the courier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping fees will apply.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect.shilpshloka@gmail.com with your order number and images.
    We’ll review your case and assist with a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Changes or Cancellations

  • Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
